Over the last few years my perspective and outlook on life has changed significantly through a multitude of experiences and challenges I&#8217;ve faced. I could read a whole book or listen to a 2 hour podcast and only get a few key takeaways from the content. Fortunately for me, I had the time to do this. In some cases, I\u00a0<em>made<\/em>\u00a0the time, because I had to. But with all the demands of modern life, some people just don&#8217;t have the time to spend doing this.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var(--ast-global-color-3);\">Simple Life Wisdoms was created to share, what I believe to be useful information, in a simple and easy to understand way. Information that will hopefully give at least some benefit, to anyone that reads it. Whether that is a new way of thinking, reaffirming something you already know, or to provide you with some useful tips to help you live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. I want to live in a world where everyone strives to become the best version of themselves and goes after their dreams.
